What do you know about essential oils?

What is essential oils?

An essential oil is any concentrated, hydrophobic liquid containing volatile aroma compounds from plants, which are called aromatic herbs or aromatic plants. They are also known as volatile or ethereal oils, or simply as the "oil of" the plant material from which they were extracted, such as oil of clove.

Everytime when you light your burner with essential oils, do you know what kind of effect it produces? I personally love the smell of lemongrass and was addicted to that scent for a period of time. I guessed that scent just perks up my day.

Essential Oils are categorized into different grades or quality.
Organic: The plant has been grown organically. Nothing was added during distillation.
Natural Essential Oil: No other plant are added during distillation or after distillation.
Normal/pharmaceutical quality: In this type of oil, other plants can be added during the distillation itself. Other things can also be mixed into the oil after distillation, for example, cheaper oils, hybrid oils.

So each time what kind of grades you buy?
