All About Vitamin B

Vitamin B are required for our metabolism of fats and proteins. It also provide energy for the conversion of glucose.

Some times deficiency of Vitamin B occurs due to the following factor: Too stress , eating too much processed food, Drugs and Toxins or the daily diet that we eat does not contain enough Vitamin B.
