Body Fat Percentage Chart

If you are thinking of losing fat, the body fat percentage chart may help you to determine how much fat you should lose. Your health is facing a risk if your body fat percentage is too high. As your body fat percentage goes up, the risks also goes up. You may face a threat of high blood pressure, heart attack, diabetes or even kidney diseases.

If you are at the range of obese, you have to burn fat to keep your body healthy. Don't let your body fat kill your health. Remember to control your diet and exercise to keep fit.

Here is a simple formula for calculating your BMI (Body Mass Index).
Normal: 20-25
Overweight: Above 25
Obese: Above 30

MEN'S CALCULATION ON BODY FAT PERCENTAGE
Step 1: Body Weight Measurement: (Weight(Pounds) x 1.082) +94.42 = A
Step 2: Lean Body Weight: A-(Waist Girth x 4.15) =B

Step 3: (Your Body Weight - B) x 100 / (Your Body Weight) = Percentage Of Your Body Fat

WOMEN'S CALCULATION ON BODY FAT PERCENTAGE
Step 1: Weight x 0.732 = A
Step 2: A + 8.987 = B
Step 3: Wrist Circumference/ 3.14 = C
Step 4: Waist Measurement x 0.157 =D
Step 5: Hip Measurement x 0.249 = E
Step 6: Forearm Measurement x 0.434 = F
Step 7: Add B+C = G
Step 8: Subtract G-D= H
Step 9: Subtract H-E = I
Step 10: Add F+ I = Lean Body Mass
Step 11: (Body Weight - Lean Body Mass) x 100 / Body Weight = Percentage Of Body Fat
