Egg White Mask

Egg White Mask is a easy to get mask from home. Fast, Easy, Cheap and GOOD. Egg White Mask is good for acne, oily skin problem. I read from a site stating that Egg White contain 83% of water and 40 different type of protein. Protein is one of the major source contributing to good skin. Recently my friend complaint to me that my skin start to sag abit. It made me so paranoid that I went to replenish collagen immediately just to regain whatever youth that I should have. It just triggered me today that Egg White can also help in firming so I decided to try this Egg White mask for 4 weeks to see the results. I guessed with the help of the collagen and this, it can give my face a good remedy.

I bought too many bottle of pearl powder the other time so I decided to mix it together with Egg White. Haha... If you are generous enough, you can put more pearl powder to mix it less drippy but it is very expensive...

Ingredient:
- 1 Egg White
- 1 teaspoon of pearl powder (great agent for anti-inflammatory)

Skin feel so tight that I cannot even move my mouth when I have the Egg White Mask on. After 20 mins of rescue, I washed it off with lukewarm water. Followed by toner and moisturiser. Amazingly, it tightened the pores and skin feels smoother after one time.

Vitamin E cream has always been one of my favourite product. I am using this brand of vitamin E Cream named INVITE E from Australia which has a highly concentrated of 10,000 international units of VITAMIN E. Beside this, INVITE E cream is also very cheap. It cost only $13 sgd and can last it for very long. It is ideal for the treatment and management of:

  • Minor Burns

  • Dry Cracked Skin

  • Scar Tissue

  • Skin Rashes

  • Irritation & Abrasions

  • Sunburn

  • Nappy Rash

  • Stretch Marks

  • Helps protect against visible signs of ageing

This vitamin E cream actually helps to lighten acne scars. I guessed the results vary for individual as well. One of my friend who have serious acne scars problem have great improvement on his skin after applying for a month. Scars that are visible to his skin have lightened. Although it does not totally erased the scars on your face but actually helps to lighten and improved overall skin texture. INVITE E Cream also advised user to apply twice a day for 100 days as scars heal at 1% per day.

Basic Skincare Regimen

I used to have breakouts on my face and have often been wondering why some ladies on the street have extremely good porcelain skin. It took about 3 years for me to understand the basic steps in taking care of my skin. I often complain the zits on my face and blame the whole world why it is so unfair that i still get breakouts even when i buy expensive products and go for expensive facials that costs about $180 each time. Finally, I stopped complaining ever since i found the right method and that is THE BASIC STEPS TO SKIN CARE....

Basic Steps in taking care of your face: 1+2+3. It is just so simple!!!

1. Cleanse your face twice a day

Cleanse your face with a good cleanser every morning when you wake up. Cleanse thoroughly in gentle circular movement. Remove the cleanser with generous amount of water. Most of the people would stop splashing their face with water once they feel "Clean". However, I would splash my face 3 more times with water after that.

Most of the people after a day of lethargic work are LAZY to clean their face. PLEASE MAKE IT A HABIT to cleanse your face before going to bed. For ladies who put on make up, PLEASE REMEMBER to remove your make-up with a good make-up remover before cleansing. If you don't cleanse your face properly, breakouts will happen and it is.... SCARY...

2. Toner

Relying on a cleanser is still not good enough. How about the stubborn oil or makeup that still can't be removed with cleanser? We need a good Toner. Toner will help to remove excess sebum or trace of make-up on your face. It also helps to tighten your pores after cleansing because our pores will open when we cleanse. Hence, applying a good toner is definitely important. Apply to a perfectly cleanse face using a cotton pad.

3. Moisturise

Some people have been asking questions like "Do I still require a moisturiser because my face is so oily?" The ans is "YES".
Moisturiser helps to keep the skin hydrated and moist so that your skin doesn't need to OVERWORK to produce natural oil. When there is an overproduction of excess oil, acne starts to appear. In order to stay acne free, maintain your skin at the most optimum level with a moisturiser as well so that it stays hydrated. So, PLEASE DO NOT skip the moisturiser. Find a moisturiser that is light and oil free. For people with dry skin, you can go for extra moisturing creams and lotions.

With 3 simple daily steps day and night steps, you can be more BEAUTIFUL.
In my next post, i will share with you about Skin care products, Natural Masks using green tea etc....
