What is Oral Thrush?

Oral Thrush is actually an infection of yeast fungus that occur inside the mouth, normally on the surface of the tongue or inside the cheeks.

Symptoms of Oral Thrush:

Ingredients
2 Sweet Potatoes
1 glass of low fat milk
Ices

Steam the sweet potatoes until soften. Use a toothpick or a fork to test the softness.
Peel off the skin
Put the sweet potatoes, milk and ices into a blender
Serve and drink (preferably once a day, early in the morning)
